First of all, Welcome to, yet, another slasher film fanatic's blog, filled with...I dunno, more blood drenched mayhem I guess.

Here in Red and Sticky, it's all about the sub-genre, and all of those other horror flicks that it "obviously" influenced and/or influenced by. Ranging from the very first film to feature a human psycho who dons a disguise (we mean you, BATES) to the mediocre new millennium of torture porn and God awful remakes. From the fairly obvious slasher flicks, to the Slashers-In-Disguise ("Jaws" anyone?...how about "The Terminator?")
